GUEST SERVICES
We want your visit to be as smooth as it is fun. The list below includes general visitor information like park safety guidelines and services available – from ATMs to first aid. You'll also find tips on what to bring, along with ways to help you make the most of your day!
SAFE & SECURE ENTRY
For your safety, Waterworld California reserves the right to search any bags brought on premises. Weapons, chemical sprays or knives of any kind are not permitted in the park. Graffiti material will be confiscated at the front gate.
ATM
One ATM is located at the Ticket Windows adjacent to the front gate.
GUEST CONDUCT
Line jumping, unruly behavior and profanity may be cause for ejections without a refund. Please walk and do not sit/stand on railings or fences.
FIRST AID
Fully certified EMT’s are on duty at all times when the park is open. First Aid is located on the left side behind the entrance of the Big Kahuna Family Slide.
TUBE RENTALS
Attraction specific tubes are provided for rides in the park where tubes are required. Tube rentals may be used on Wave Pool and Lazy River only. Single tube rentals are available for $6.00 per tube plus a $5.00 refundable deposit. Please note due to new California State Regulations, we no longer allow outside tubes into the park.
LOCKER RENTALS
All-day lockers are available to store all valuables that you may have brought to the park. Rentals are $7 for a regular, $10 for a large, $12 for a jumbo.
CALYPSO CABANA RENTALS
Looking for a little more upscale, or private family outing? Enjoy the privacy of our exclusive cabana area! Overlooking Breaker Beach Wave Pool, this private area offers waiter service, your own personal cabana area as well as an exclusive, secluded area away from the general public. Reservations for cabanas must be made in advance online. If you do not reserve a cabana in advance, stop by the cabana booth to rent on a first come first serve basis. Calypso Cabanas are located adjacent to Hurricane slide complex. Reservations are kept until 12pm.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
All of the slide/tube attractions require climbing stairs. Breaker Beach Wave Pool and portions of Wild Water Kingdom are wheelchair accessible. Ride accessibility information is available at Guest Relations or at each attraction.

RIDE RESTRICTIONS
Some attractions have height and/or weight restrictions. Ride specific information is posted at each attraction.
DRESS CODE
Cut-off jeans/shorts, swimwear with buttons, zippers, rivets or snaps on the back are NOT permitted on any of the slides, nor in the park. Thong swimsuits, Speedos and other revealing swimwear is not allowed or considered appropriate attire for this park.
FLOTATION DEVICES
Coast Guard approved life vests are provided free of charge for weak swimmers at Breaker Beach Wave Pool. Life vests are not allowed on any slides. You may bring your own life vest into the park, however we reserve the right to inspect and deny use of certain devices such as arm floaties, noodles or any other item we deem a safety hazard or potentially harmful to our filtration system. Only clear flotation devices aside from life vests are allowed in the Wave Pool.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK
No outside food or drink may be brought into Waterworld California, including coolers. People with special medical diets or infants will be allowed to bring their food into the park. All other food and drink must be consumed outside the park gate. A picnic area is provided directly to the side of the front gate for your convenience.
LOST CHILDREN/ANNOUNCEMENTS AND MESSAGES
Establish a meeting place before you enter the park. We recommend the triple fountain at the front of the park. If you become separated, instruct children to ask any employee to direct them to Guest Relations. Pages cannot be broadcast. Messages may be left at Guest Relations for separated parties.
PARK RE-ENTRY
To exit and return on the same day, get your hand stamped before you exit. Re-enter through the re-entry gate.
WEATHER
For safety reasons, during inclement weather (hard rain, lightning, hail) attractions may close. As soon as weather conditions permit, attractions will re-open.
TIPS FOR FAMILY FUN

Good hygiene is important for safe clean water. Please shower before and after entering attractions.
Have a young, diapered infant with you? Protective plastic pants must be worn for health and sanitary reasons. Infants may only be changed on changing stations, not on lounge chairs or tables. Sick or recently sick children should refrain from all water attractions for the safety of all Guests.
Remember the sunscreen and apply it often. Waterworld recommends SPF 30 or higher.
